ways to get involved

This is intended as a curated selection of events and openings. We can not promise to post every submission but we’ll do our best to include the ones we feel add value to the community. We are looking for events that we feel will provide thought provoking conversation as well as entertainment. Selected events may be included in the calendar and/or Three Things.

We are also looking for UNPAID guest bloggers.
Rule 1: Keep it positive! The old adage that art is subjective could not be more true in this scenario but even if you’ve seen something you aren’t crazy about, please express your views with kindness and thoughtful critique.
Of course if you love it, feel free to gush as much as you like. Bonus points for links to exhibits and images we can include.

Still working out the details on this but the master plan is to include monthly interviews with artists and/or art professionals. If you have a story you’d like to share, let us know. We can send you a form with questions or schedule a call.

Behind the scenes, SALT is a passion project and solo endeavor. But on a grander scale the goal is to create a community and what would a community be without interaction. Let us know what you think. What you like and what you think we could do better. I may not agree but I will. do my best to listen with an open mind and heart.
Just fill out this handy, dandy form to get in touch.
We promise to do our best to read and consider all submissions, but as our resources are limited - aka there’s only one me - we can’t promise to respond to everyone. Please know whether you hear from us or not that we are grateful for your participation.
GUIDELINES:
We are here to spread positivity, so no hate speech or anything that could be considered racist, violent, or demeaning to any person or group. We are inclusive and promote loving kindness and free but thoughtful speech. Our only judgment is against bad art and mean people. Consider yourself warned!
