“Lucky 13’ is a show about the paradoxes that exist in all of us. The battle between the expectations of others and who we really are. There are sources constantly telling us how to feel, what to do, how to act, and who to be, and we all give in to those expectations in small and big ways. So this show is an opportunity to mourn the times we didn’t allow ourselves to be fully who we are.

However, these 13 pieces also serve as an invitation to allow every part of ourselves to exist. It’s all valid, it’s all important, it’s all you. And we need it all.
