Opening in /room/ alongside Sonic Transmissions in the main gallery is Who’s Pulling Your Strings?, an exhibition by Bay Area-based artist DJ Meisner. The artist explores the effects of our unprecedented exposure to algorithmic flows of images and symbols through an immersive installation featuring carbon transfer-based drawings, sculptures, and gold foil-covered walls. Who’s Pulling Your Strings? was selected from our 2025 open call by jurors Nicolás Colón and Fernanda Partida Ochoa.
